Inspiration

I just noticed something. My inspiration obviously comes in waves as the music I write pretty much coincides with the pictures I draw. I should be recording the first real record of my solo music project next month, expect to see the last three images represented musically in some form or another.

Roland's Ka-Tet face off against the big coffin hunters

I'm reading through The Dark Tower series of books right now and i've got to say the imagery conjured by the words is truly inspiring. I know many have criticised Roland for being a weak character but pages 173 - 198 (Roland and Susan's first meeting) of Wizard and Glass really bring him to life for me. Here is a sketch of that first moonlight meet.

Me and James are potentially working on something at the moment, heres one of the (very rough) ideas.

I know im a cretin that doesn't update, things have just been real busy of late. Anyway i've got some ideas for a few sketches so sit tight and in the mean time take a goosey at my review of Hero of Sparta for the iphone/ipod touch located on my review site.

Fish Tank

Bedroom! I'm finally sorting out my room, replacing the broken furniture and generally having a good sort out. My fish tank is now up and running and all who dwell within her seem to be getting on ok.

We recently got together and recorded a new track for Penny Arcades 'PLAY' charirty CD, spending a whole day in the studio for one track was a pretty new experience for us but the overall quality is far greater than our previous releases
